Our client in the Coppell, TX area is seeking a collections specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities include:

Make 60-70 outbound calls to customers about unpaid invoices and check payment status.

Record customer responses and update account information.

Escalate billing disputes or issues to the internal team.

Help clear a backlog of outstanding customer accounts.

Communicate professionally while discussing past-due balances and payment updates.
