About the role

We’re looking for a driven sales professional who thrives on building new business opportunities and creating lasting client relationships. Ideal candidates will enjoy the challenge of identifying prospects, opening doors, and developing business from the ground up.
This is a field-based sales role focused on growing market share through consistent prospecting, networking, and face-to-face client interactions. You’ll spend time both on the phone and in the field, meeting with businesses, uncovering opportunities, and helping organizations find solutions that support their operational goals. Success in this position comes from persistence, relationship-building, and a strong desire to win new business.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Align customer goals with tailored solutions that drive measurable business results.
  • Guide clients through decision-making by articulating how our services will support their business.
  • Accelerate growth within accounts by leveraging innovative technologies and delivering compelling value propositions.
  • Build lasting client partnerships that aligned with their evolving strategies and goals.
  • Lead a collaborative, results-driven effort across the account team and partners to close deals and expand business.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on trends and bring valuable insights to your clients.
  • Develop robust account strategies that blend tactical execution with strategic vision to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven success in outside sales, business development, or other revenue-generating sales roles.
  • Experience in enterprise sales.
  • Team-building skills and strong leadership within complex organizations.
  • Expertise in uncovering challenges and turning them into growth opportunities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Solid business acumen, including the ability to analyze financial data and interpret industry trends.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and integrity.
