Responsibilities
- Oversee general accounting activities, including month-end close and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review routine financial statements and internal reports
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and supporting documentation
- Support inventory-related accounting processes and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable, billing, and cash-related activities
- Coordinate payroll processing with a third-party provider and record related journal entries
- Support benefits and retirement plan administration activities
- Assist with internal controls, audit support, and standard reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience with NetSuite required
- Inventory or manufacturing accounting experience preferred
- CPA or CPA-track a plus
