Reimbursement Analyst – Remote (Must be local to Boston, MA)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reimbursement and cost reporting documentation.
- Support regulatory filings and compliance-related reporting requirements.
- Perform financial analyses related to revenue, reserves, and reimbursements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and potential impacts to revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience preparing Medicare cost reports in a hospital setting.
- Prior experience working with a Massachusetts healthcare organization required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
