Payroll and Benefits Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage payroll operations and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and related programs.
- Maintain compliance with payroll, tax, and benefits requirements.
- Support audits, reconciliations, reporting, and recordkeeping activities.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll and benefits operations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis related to payroll and employee programs.
- Contribute to ongoing projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of payroll experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Lookups.
