Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to hire Bookkeeper for our client in the St.Louis Metro area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $29-$32 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure bills are paid on time.
- Create and send customer invoices while tracking outstanding payments.
- Enter and maintain financial data within Sage accounting software.
- Track project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
- Assist with construction billing, change orders, and project invoicing.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records.
- Support payroll processing and related reporting.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including job cost and budget summaries.
- Maintain project documentation such as lien waivers, W-9s, and insurance certificates.
- Help with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Work closely with project managers to monitor budgets and project financial performance.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company accounting procedures.
