Senior HRIS Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
Our client, a Boston-based law firm, is looking to hire a Senior HRIS Analyst. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s HRIS and will collaborate closely with the HR team to support system configuration, enhancements, reporting, testing, issue resolution, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS strategy and delivery, serving as the senior subject matter expert, driving system enhancements, configurations, and long-term platform alignment across HR functions.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to support HR technology initiatives.
- Own HR data and reporting, ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and delivery of complex analytics, dashboards, and firmwide reporting.
- Provide senior-level user support and enablement, including troubleshooting complex issues, delivering training, and maintaining robust documentation and reporting tools.
- Drive process improvement and automation, identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of direct HRIS experience
- Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred
- Experience with system configuration, reporting, and data analysis
