HR Manager
Location: Hybrid in Lexington, MA (onsite 2 days/week)
A startup healthcare client in Lexington, MA, is looking to hire an HR Manager to lead human resources for their growing organization. They are seeking a well-rounded HR candidate with experience in HR strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits & compensation, training, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, advise senior leadership, and promote a positive workplace culture
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and performance management to attract and develop top talent
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, multi-state compliance, and payroll
- Lead training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
- 2+ years of experience serving in a leadership capacity
- Experience working in healthcare strongly preferred
- People manager experience preferred
