HR Associate
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)
A financial services client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a highly analytical HR Associate to support compensation, benefits, and HRIS-related initiatives. They’re looking for an organized, collaborative candidate to be a cross-functional resource for the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HR systems and data across the employee lifecycle, driving process improvements, reporting efficiency, and structured workflows
- Lead and support the year-end compensation process, including data preparation, analysis, and partnership with HR and accounting teams on budgeting, accruals, and audits
- Contribute to compensation surveys, performance management, training initiatives, and exploration of AI-driven efficiencies in HR processes
- Collaborate across HR functions, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, and onboarding/offboarding, while supporting broader HR programs and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of direct HR experience (ideally in HRIS, compensation & benefits)
- Strong analytical skills
- Significant experience working in both Excel & HRIS
