Contract Senior Recruiter
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)
Our client, a highly successful financial services firm in Boston, is looking to hire a Contract Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of positions. This will be a 5-month assignment to start.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently drive candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle while providing an unparalleled candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers from job intake to candidate close
- Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in financial services or professional services
- Track record of successfully managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, especially with ATS
- Strong communication skills
