Our client, a global strategic advisory firm, is seeking an HR Director to join its Human Resources function. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible, hands-on position with broad ownership across HR. The individual will oversee day-to-day HR operations in the U.S., including employee relations, benefits, and recruiting, while also contributing to global HR initiatives and helping shape the firm’s people strategy. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR generalist who thrives in a high-performance, service-oriented environment, exercises strong judgment, and is excited to operate both strategically and tactically. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist expertise, required.
- Experience overseeing benefits programs, including vendor management and plan evaluation, required; global exposure is a plus.
- Prior experience within professional services environments (e.g., consulting, law firms, financial services), required.
- Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
- Exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a lean, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$175,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
