Our client, a leading public research university, is seeking a Contract Implementation Trainer to join its Office of Change Management team in support of a major enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud ERP transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in preparing a large, complex organization for system go-live across financial, HR, budget, and operational functions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned training and change management professional with deep experience leading ERP training strategies, strong instructional design capabilities, and a proven ability to drive user adoption in large-scale transformation environments. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of experience leading ERP or enterprise system training implementations in large, complex organizations, required.
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and executing ERP training strategies grounded in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience developing blended learning programs, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and eLearning modules.
- Experience partnering with system implementation vendors and/or consulting partners to develop training materials and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
- Strong ability to collaborate with SMEs and Workstream Leads to review, refine, and approve training content.
- Experience administering training logistics, including scheduling, participation tracking, reporting, and readiness assessments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in fast-paced transformation environments.
The hourly rate for this role is $40-$45.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
