Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking an HR Associate to join its growing People & Culture team in New York City. This junior-level role will support a strategic HR function and provide broad exposure across employee programs, talent initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations. Working closely with an experienced People & Culture leader, the HR Associate will play a key role in supporting business objectives while developing foundational HR expertise. The ideal candidate is a high-potential professional with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and experience in financial or professional services environments. • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance, required.
• 1+ years of Human Resources experience, required.
• Experience within financial services or professional services organizations, preferred.
• Experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, talent initiatives, or people programs, required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, required.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills, required.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and proactive work style, required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and commute to the New York City office approximately two days per week, required.

The salary for this role is $75K-$85K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
