Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Director of Human Capital to join its team. In this senior leadership role, the Director will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy across employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning. The position will serve as a trusted advisor on complex organizational and talent matters while helping build and sustain a high-performing culture. The ideal candidate brings deep Human Capital expertise, strong business acumen, and a track record of navigating sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and credibility. • Bachelor’s degree, required.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Capital experience, required.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and manager development, required.
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex people and organizational matters, required.
• Demonstrated success handling sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and sound judgment, required.
• Experience leading talent reviews, promotion processes, succession planning, and workforce planning, required.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance requirements, required.
• Proven ability to improve Human Capital policies, processes, and programs, required.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, required.
• Experience supporting professional services, financial services, infrastructure, energy, or similar high-performing organizations, preferred.

The salary for this role is $175K-$200K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
