Our client, a growing AI and data consulting firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join its North America team. This opportunity will support high-volume hiring efforts across consulting, technical, and corporate functions while partnering closely with HR leadership and executive stakeholders to manage full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, technology, or other fast-paced environments and be comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required.
- Experience recruiting for consulting, technology, engineering, or AI-related roles, required.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS, preferred.
- Experience with workforce planning, staffing, resource management, or HR-related functions, preferred.
- 3 month contract, with potential to extend and possible conversion.
The hourly rate for this role is $30-$40/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
