Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join its HR team in New York City. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, driving talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee experience initiatives across a high-performing, client-facing environment. This position offers significant visibility and serves as a key advisor during a period of continued global growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting revenue-generating business units and leading both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives from concept through execution. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience supporting business leaders, required.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, or similar client-facing environments, required.
- Experience supporting sales, go-to-market, or other revenue-generating functions, strongly preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives, required.
- Experience leading HR programs and processes including performance management, talent reviews, calibration, and compensation planning, required.
- Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, and growth initiatives, required.
The salary for this role is $150K-$190K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
