Our client, a rapidly growing financial services firm, is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join its recruiting team in New York City. This role will support MBA and broader campus recruiting initiatives, helping to attract, engage, and hire top talent across undergraduate and graduate programs. This role will work closely with senior recruiting leadership, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate campus engagement efforts, and support hiring activities throughout the academic recruiting cycle. The ideal candidate will have prior campus recruiting experience within financial services or professional services and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of campus recruiting experience, required.
- Experience supporting MBA, undergraduate, or early career recruiting programs, required.
- Financial services or professional services recruiting experience, required.
- Experience managing candidate pipelines, interview processes, and recruiting events, required.
- Ability to travel to university campuses during peak recruiting seasons, required.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, high-growth environment with exposure to multiple recruiting functions, required.
The salary for this role is $100K-$130K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
