Our client, a regional banking institution, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team in a hybrid role based in New York City. This recruiter will support full-cycle hiring across corporate and retail banking functions, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top talent while managing multiple searches simultaneously. The role will focus on developing talent pipelines, executing sourcing strategies, and driving the recruitment process from intake through offer stage. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within financial services or a related regulated industry and is comfortable working across a variety of positions and business groups. - Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, required.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required.
- Experience recruiting within financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries, required.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, networking, and campus recruiting, required.
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), required.
- Available to work fully onsite in NYC, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $37-$50/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
