Our client, a growing blockchain technology company, is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to join its team in New York City. This role will support employee experience, people operations, organizational initiatives, and workforce analytics while partnering closely with senior leadership to scale people programs and processes. The position offers broad exposure to culture-building, HR operations, reporting, and organizational change management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or People & Culture roles within a startup, technology, or high-growth organization and a strong background in people analytics and HR operations. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of progressive HR, People & Culture, or People Operations experience, required.
- Experience within a high-growth startup or technology environment, required.
- Experience supporting employee engagement, onboarding, and people programs, required.
- Experience with people analytics, headcount reporting, workforce metrics, and dashboard development, required.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and change management programs, required.
- Benefits: 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision. Lunch and dinner provided.
The salary for this role is $125K-$165K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
