Our client, a rapidly growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Director, Benefits and Payroll to join its team. This leadership role will drive the strategy, design, and administration of the organization’s benefits programs, including oversight of a self-funded health plan, while partnering with senior leadership on long-term program development and growth. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 8+ years of experience leading employee benefits programs, required.
- Direct experience managing self-funded health plans, including funding, renewals, and broker partnerships, required.
- Experience administering health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and open enrollment, required.
- Prior experience managing teams, required.
- Experience overseeing payroll operations and multi-state payroll compliance, preferred.
- Experience HRIS and benefits administration platforms, preferred.
The salary for this role is $165K-$180K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
