Our client, a leading global architecture firm, is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join its HR team in New York City. This position will support employee benefits administration, reporting, compliance, vendor management, and employee education initiatives across a global workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on benefits administration experience, strong HRIS knowledge, and the ability to independently manage audits, reconciliations, and benefits-related processes. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related function, required.
- Experience with administering employee benefits programs, benefits reporting, audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities, required.
- Experience with Workday HRIS, required.
- Exposure to ADP payroll systems, preferred.
- Experience supporting self-funded health plans, preferred.
- Experience within a professional services environment, preferred.
The salary for this role is $65K-$85K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
