Our client, a rapidly growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join their team. This senior HR leadership role will partner closely with business leaders to align talent and workforce strategies with organizational growth, supporting a large advisor population within a designated business division. The ideal candidate will bring significant HR Business Partner leadership experience within the wealth management industry and a proven track record supporting senior executives through growth and transformation. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 9+ years of progressive HR, Talent Management, or Human Resources Business Partner experience, required.
- Wealth management industry experience, required.
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design, required.
- Experience leading change management, business transformation, and organizational restructuring initiatives, required.
- Experience supporting complex, high-growth organizations, preferably through mergers and acquisitions, preferred.

The salary for this role is $180K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
