Join a well‑respected law firm in Clayton, MO that prides itself on a positive, collaborative work culture. This full‑time role offers a flexible schedule, paid benefits, PTO, and a 401(k). The firm is hiring immediately and looking for a motivated paralegal who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery materials, and professional correspondence.
  • Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all records are accurate, current, and compliant with firm procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and court filings.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation, including gathering exhibits and organizing supporting documentation.
  • Utilize legal software to manage case information, documents, and billing workflows.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of paralegal experience, ideally within family law.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and stay composed under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft WordWorldox and ProLaw is a plus.
  • Compensation is based off of level of experience.
