Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a seasoned IP Paralegal with strong experience supporting U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. This role requires someone who can step in quickly, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Location: Hybrid to Cambridge, MA (2 days onsite)
Duration: Through end of year, potential to convert to FTE
Start Date: July 15th
Key Responsibilities

Manage U.S. and foreign patent prosecution workflows

Draft and record USPTO assignments
-
Maintain IP docketing (CPI experience strongly preferred)

Coordinate with internal teams, inventors, and outside counsel
Qualifications

3-5+ years IP paralegal experience (in‑house or law firm)

Extensive patent prosecution knowledge

Strong USPTO assignment drafting/recording experience
