Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a seasoned IP Paralegal with strong experience supporting U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. This role requires someone who can step in quickly, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Location: Hybrid to Cambridge, MA (2 days onsite)

Duration: Through end of year, potential to convert to FTE

Start Date: July 15th

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage U.S. and foreign patent prosecution workflows

  • Draft and record USPTO assignments

  • Maintain IP docketing (CPI experience strongly preferred)

  • Coordinate with internal teams, inventors, and outside counsel

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years IP paralegal experience (in‑house or law firm)

  • Extensive patent prosecution knowledge

  • Strong USPTO assignment drafting/recording experience
