Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal hybrid (3 days on-site) to Salem, MA.
We are seeking a candidate who can:
- Support a high‑volume corporate immigration practice for tech and healthcare employers
- Handle H‑1B, L‑1A/L‑1B, and O‑1 petitions
Requirements
- 5+ years of business immigration experience (corporate only – no family/personal immigration substitutes)
- Deep, working knowledge of H‑1B, L‑1A/L‑1B, and O‑1 filings
- Ability to manage cases independently from day one
- Experience in high‑volume environments (e.g., Fragomen, Berry Appleman) strongly preferred
- Strong writing, organization, and client‑communication skills
Office is steps from the commuter rail (easy ride from North Station)
