Beacon Hill Legal is seeking experienced paralegals and legal support professionals with commercial real estate transaction experience for multiple opportunities with top law firms in the Richmond, VA area!
Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of experience supporting attorneys with commercial real estate transactions in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financings.
- Draft, revise, and coordinate transaction documents, closing materials, and legal filings.
- Manage due diligence by reviewing and organizing title, survey, zoning, environmental, and entity documents.
- Coordinate closings, document execution, closing binders, and post-closing follow-up.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, brokers, and other transaction stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, maintain transaction checklists, and organize electronic and physical files.
- Assist with entity formations, state filings, billing, matter management, and other administrative support as needed.
- Partner with attorneys and legal teams to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
