Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temporary Litigation Practice Coordinator hybrid to Boston, MA for an immediate maternity leave coverage opportunity with a prestigious law firm. This assignment is expected to last through November and will support a busy litigation practice with trial operations, attorney support, and litigation management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trial logistics, including travel, hotel accommodations, catering, and vendor management.
- Assist with litigation billing, e-billing, disbursements, and expense tracking.
- Support trial preparation, including war room setup and technology coordination.
- Partner with attorneys and internal departments to support litigation strategy and practice operations.
- Handle time-sensitive projects and proactively resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience within a law firm environment.
- Prior trial support experience required; paralegal background strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating trial teams, vendors, and complex litigation matters.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
