Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Corporate and Securities Paralegal for a contract engagement with a leading financial services company based in Bethesda, MD.
This individual will assist with the preparation of new registration statements and provide support throughout the SEC filing process. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with SEC filings and a strong understanding of SEC filing procedures and logistics. Experience with ArcPro is preferred but not required.
A hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite, 2 days remote can be expected.
