We are partnering with law firms across Chicago who are seeking talented M&A Associates, Counsel, and Jr. Partners to join their teams. Attorneys should have 2-12+ years of experience in private practice, with strong preference for an AmLaw or Chambers-ranked corporate practice, working on sophisticated M&A transactions. Opportunities span from top Vault 10 firms with updated Cravath-scale compensation ranging through top local Chicago firms with better work/life balance and competitive compensation in the market.
