Beacon Hill is hiring for a remote Legal Support Specialist to assist an insurance defense partner in Pittsburgh with a high-volume, complex matter. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage medical records and support case development.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:
* Review and analyze large volumes of medical records with a high degree of accuracy
* Prepare clear, concise medical record summaries for attorney review
* Request medical records, files, and other case-related documentation from providers and third parties
* Conduct follow-up calls to obtain records and ensure timely receipt of information
* Track and manage incoming documentation, maintaining organized case files
* Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to support case strategy and deadlines
* Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive medical and legal information
* Prior experience with medical records review, insurance defense, or personal injury matters preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
