About the Opportunity
What You’ll Do
ServiceNow Transformation Leadership
- Lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementation, migration, and consolidation initiatives.
- Drive project execution from planning and requirements through deployment and project closure.
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and consulting partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure project outcomes align with operational and business objectives.
Program Delivery & Governance
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop project roadmaps, work breakdown structures, forecasts, and delivery plans.
- Create executive dashboards, governance materials, and status reporting.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and support leadership decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
- Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, and technology teams.
- Manage escalations, remove obstacles, and drive issue resolution.
- Support adoption of project management standards, tools, and processes.
- Help teams navigate organizational change associated with enterprise platform initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Enhance PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing across project teams.
What You Bring
- Experience leading large-scale technology projects or enterprise programs.
- Strong background delivering ServiceNow implementations, migrations, upgrades, or platform consolidation initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple project workstreams while balancing scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality objectives.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and presenting in governance or steering committee settings.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with project planning, estimation, and work breakdown structure development.
- Experience coordinating internal teams, consulting partners, and third-party vendors.
- Proficiency with enterprise project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Project and related technologies.
- PMP certification or comparable project management credentials are highly valued.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare technology or regulated-industry project experience.
- Previous ownership of ServiceNow transformation programs within large organizations.
- PMO leadership, governance, or project portfolio management experience.
- Exposure to organizational change management practices.
- Experience mentoring project managers, coordinators, or business analysts.
- Knowledge of project portfolio planning and resource management platforms.
