What You’ll Do
AI Product Innovation
Help transform ideas into practical AI-powered solutions that create measurable value.
- Design and deliver machine learning and generative AI applications for real-world business challenges
- Develop intelligent user experiences such as conversational interfaces, recommendations, and AI-assisted workflows
- Integrate modern AI capabilities into existing software products and platforms
- Improve model performance, reliability, scalability, and user outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify new opportunities for AI-driven features
Platform & Architecture
Build the foundation for sustainable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Create scalable architectures that support model deployment and inference at production scale
- Contribute to modern data, integration, and application frameworks
- Support deployment of AI solutions across a variety of computing environments
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend approaches that balance innovation with long-term maintainability
AI Enablement & Engineering Excellence
Drive broader adoption of AI throughout the software development process.
- Champion AI-assisted development practices that improve team efficiency and code quality
- Help establish standards, governance, and responsible AI guidelines
- Mentor engineers and technical teams on AI implementation strategies
- Share best practices related to AI development, testing, deployment, and operational support
- Identify opportunities to accelerate delivery through modern AI tooling and automation
What You Bring
We’re interested in professionals who have a strong blend of software engineering and machine learning experience, along with a passion for building practical AI solutions.
Typical backgrounds include:
- Several years of professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience designing, training, deploying, and supporting machine learning solutions
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and related development ecosystems
- Experience working with modern machine learning frameworks and AI platforms
- Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, and intelligent application development
- Experience delivering solutions from initial concept through production deployment
- Familiarity with cloud-based application and data platforms
- Experience building APIs, integrations, or distributed software systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- A mindset focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
