Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related mental health field preferred
- Active Illinois license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or CADC) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting preferred
- Experience facilitating group therapy, crisis intervention, and clinical assessments required
Job Duties
- Facilitate multiple daily group therapy sessions for adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Provide treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments
- Support treatment planning, discharge planning, and coordination of follow-up care
- Conduct crisis intervention and therapeutic support as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Manage scheduling, patient engagement, and session flow independently

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Type: Contract-to-hire (6 months)
- Location: Waukegan, IL (onsite)
