Product Manager – Data & Analytics
Seeking a Product Manager to support enterprise data, analytics, and governance initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on translating business needs into clear requirements and driving execution across technical and business teams.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong requirements-gathering and documentation experience.
- Experience working on data, analytics, data governance, or data-management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
- Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms or analytics programs.
- Previous experience in a large, complex organization.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables.
- Manage product backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with data, analytics, engineering, governance, and business teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors throughout delivery.
- Support data governance, reporting, analytics, and data-management initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure requirements and decisions are clearly documented.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps and drive issues toward resolution.
