Project Manager (Innovation / Studio Lab Environment)
Overview
Project Manager supporting fast-paced R&D initiatives and complex cross-team coordination, including physical build workflows. This role requires balancing Agile experimentation with structured execution across multiple stakeholders.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent, short-duration projects
- Strong Agile experience with ability to adapt (not overly rigid)
- Proficiency with Jira, Airtable, or similar tools
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional dependencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of identifying blockers and driving execution
Nice to Have
- R&D / innovation lab experience
- Experience coordinating with trades, vendors, or physical build teams
- Hybrid Agile + Waterfall exposure
- PMP / Scrum certifications
Responsibilities
- Track and manage multiple fast-moving projects (1-2 month cycles)
- Break down tasks, monitor progress, and remove blockers
- Coordinate across internal teams and external groups/vendors
- Track dependencies across technical and physical workstreams
- Maintain backlogs, plans, and status reporting
- Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are executed
- Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
