Our client, an established professional services organization, is seeking a Client Services Assistant to provide high-touch support to clients and senior team members. This position offers a mix of client service, account coordination, operational support, and project work. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of financial services experience along with excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid

- Responsibilities include coordinating ongoing client and account needs; processing and tracking financial and administrative requests; partnering with internal professionals and outside contacts to resolve client matters; maintaining client records and documentation; coordinating meetings and correspondence; managing multiple time-sensitive priorities; supporting research and special projects; providing additional team coverage as needed
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of financial services experience; previous exposure to client service, operations, wealth management, private banking, or a related setting; ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines; polished communication and strong client service skills; excellent attention to detail and independent judgment; strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; a flexible and collaborative working style
