Recruiter (5-monhth contract)

Location: San Diego CA (onsite 5 days/week)

Duration: 5-month contract

Job Description: Our telecommunications clients is seeking an experience Recruiter responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, sourcing, networking and qualifying candidates, interviewing and registering prospective professional candidates. You will submit and review candidates with the hiring manager and assist in negotiating salaries. The ideal candidate will have experience handling multiple searches simultaneously while providing professional support to managers.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
  • Skilled in full lifecycle recruiting
