We’re working with an established logistics technology company that operates a global autonomous delivery network. They’re experiencing significant growth and need a senior Accountant to join their finance team at their SF headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash posting and account reconciliation
- Management of prepaids, deposits, and accruals
- Preparation and posting of monthly journal entries
- Inter-company accounting and settlement processes
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Financial reporting support
- External audit coordination and documentation
- Special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder relationship management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- NetSuite experience highly preferred
- Data analysis capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $110,000 – $128,000 based on experience
- Equity participation

- Hybrid work arrangement (1-2 remote days weekly after onboarding)
