The Property Accountant will join a collaborative accounting team and support property-level accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting activities. Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ideal background includes at least 2 years of real estate or property accounting experience
- Experience with property management accounting software
- Experience within property management, real estate investment, or real estate development environments
