This person will lead the team in production support. This person will need to be an expert developer who has a strong understanding of LWC and Apex Triggers.

Position Description

  • Salesforce Production Support role supporting a mission‑critical Salesforce platform for Provider Lifecycle Management.
  • Design and architecture
  • Problem Solving for the team on issues outside the box
  • Act as the team lead, and primary go‑to resource for Salesforce issues across automation, integrations, data, and performance.
  • Own day‑to‑day production stability, incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Provide hands‑on Salesforce technical leadership using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and platform best practices.
  • Troubleshoot multi‑system issues involving data warehouses, ETL, APIs, and downstream services.
  • Support provider onboarding, credentialing, contracting, network participation, and provider data maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, dashboards, automation, and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with onshore-offshore teams and grow into the Production Support Team Lead role based on performance.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years Salesforce development expertise (Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL Salesforce Object Query Language integrations)
  • Leadership experience in Salesforce Production Support experience; comfortable with Production Support hands-on but also leading the functionally of problem solving for the team, dealing with stakeholders, design.
  • Salesforce Design experience with external integrations (data loads in Jiva) – willing to jump in and not just step out if it’s slightly outside Salesforce wheelhouse
  • Understand what the customer is missing, why it is a high priority, how you deal with stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing with challenging stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis across complex enterprise environments.
  • Leadership ability – capable of owning escalations and guiding a support team, not just working the queue.
  • High accountability mindset with ownership from incident start to resolution.
  • Experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
