Location: Remote EST
Position Description:
- Perform full end to end Salesforce development in a self-driven capacity, working alongside team during a very crucial project.
- Salesforce Development (HealthCloud, Flows, LWC – Lightning Web Components) to assist a Multiyear Medicaid Contact Center migration – using Flows, Knowledge Content, etc.)
- Perform Integration and smoke testing
Required Skills:
- 4+ years experience with LWC Development (Lightning Web Components)
- 5+ years experience as a hands-on Salesforce developer (50% of the role)
- Rest and Soap a must
- Service cloud is a must
- Experience and familiarity with troubleshooting (20% of the time)
- Ability to Communicate and guide the business (20% of the time) since this is a small internal team
- Coordinate with different teams (10% of the time)
- As many of the following skills as possible – Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Security Model Salesforce Data Model, Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Visual Flows, Flow Triggers, Validations Rules., Experience with various App Exchange products.
