Hiring for a Buisness Systems Analyst opportunity supporting a large-scale retail special order environment within manufacturing/products. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and documentation skills who enjoys problem solving, troubleshooting, and working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
3-4 days ONSITE in Tampa, FL.
Looking for experience around:
* Business systems/configuration analysis
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, data comparison, reporting, etc.)
* Requirements gathering/documentation
* QA/UAT/testing support
* Ticket/backlog management
* Troubleshooting and process improvement
* Agile/Scrum environments
This is NOT a software developer role. Looking for someone who enjoys the functional/analytical side.
Experience supporting configurators, ERP systems, quoting/order platforms, manufacturing environments, or custom product workflows is highly preferred.
