Location: Hybrid King of Prussia, PA
Required
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Power BI development, or data visualization.
- Expert-level Power BI experience including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and performance tuning.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP reporting initiatives, preferably within HR, Finance, or related business functions.
- Proven track record developing executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Advanced SQL skills and expertise in dimensional and semantic data modeling.
- Experience optimizing reporting environments and improving dashboard performance and refresh efficiency.
- Knowledge of data architecture best practices that reduce database and reporting platform workload.
- Experience using Python for analytics, automation, or reporting support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to gather and translate business requirements.
