Location: Hybrid King of Prussia, PA – On site 3 days/week
- 12+ years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience leading complex technology initiatives.
- Strong hands-on Jira experience including backlog management, sprint planning, workflow configuration, and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Agile delivery practices.
- Proven ability to drive Agile adoption and mentor teams through organizational change.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines and competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
