We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions across a complex business environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and system owners to deliver scalable applications, integrations, and platform enhancements that drive business value and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce applications and configurations.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom business logic.
  • Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user stories, and development tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while providing technical leadership to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party platforms using APIs and web services.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices and security standards.
  • Support DevSecOps initiatives, CI/CD processes, and application lifecycle management activities.
  • Contribute to platform architecture discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience developing and supporting complex integrations, interfaces, and data-driven applications.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, JSON, XML, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
