A Beacon Hill client, a wealth management company, is seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full‑time, contract‑to‑hire opportunity in Mount Laurel NJ.
Monday-Friday onsite
Hours: 8:30-5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Front desk office point of contact, processing clients
- Schedule and manage client appointments and executive calendars
- Support executives with client onboarding, documentation, and follow ups
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance and operations team
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoice handling and data entry
- Maintain accurate financial records, files, and documentation
- Support monthly close activities and basic reconciliations
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Handle general office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in an accounting, office support, or administrative support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
- Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
