We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on to support full‑cycle recruiting and core HR functions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our talent pipeline, supporting workforce development initiatives, and contributing to a high‑performing workforce across both hourly and salaried populations. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing HR experience, excellent business partnership skills, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles, with emphasis on skilled trades and frontline leadership

• Proactive sourcing to attract qualified candidates in a competitive manufacturing labor market

• Partnership with plant leadership and hiring managers to align recruiting and HR support with business needs

• Support for leadership development activities, including talent reviews, development planning, and internal mobility tracking

• HR GeneralistEmployee relations support as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

• Onboarding coordination to deliver a seamless and engaging new‑hire experience

• Benefits administration, including employee communication and compliance

• Performance management assistance through documentation, review cycles, and engagement initiatives

• HR compliance through accurate recordkeeping and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations

• HR and recruiting metrics tracking to support continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making

• Cross‑functional collaboration to support HR programs and process enhancements
