Essential Job Functions

• Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
• Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in and building access
• Answer and route incoming calls appropriately
• Provide in-person customer service support with a high level of hospitality
• Coordinate office requests such as:
• Business card and uniform orders
• Office supplies
• Customer visit preparation and event coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and external partners
• Support scheduling and calendar coordination as needed
• Maintain office organization, logs, and documentation
• Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks
• Demonstrate flexibility in supporting shifting priorities and office needs
