Case Manager / Administrative Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX (Memorial Area) – Fully Onsite
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: ~$60,000+ (flexible based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing organization within the legal/professional services space, is seeking a Case Manager / Administrative Coordinator to join their Houston office. This is a high-impact role supporting a senior leader while coordinating case-related activities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Position Overview

This role combines case coordination, client communication, and executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage high-volume scheduling for meetings and case-related activities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and communication with professionalism and accuracy
  • Support a senior leader with calendar management, coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Manage updates and documentation within internal systems and case management platforms
  • Handle last-minute changes, rescheduling, and conflict resolution efficiently
  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation, scanning, and organization

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative, coordination, or customer service experience
  • Experience in legal, professional services, healthcare, or insurance environments preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Exposure to legal terminology or case workflows
  • Experience supporting executives or managing heavy scheduling demands
