This role supports business sales teams by managing and processing complex orders, contracts, and quality control activities. The position ensures all orders are accurate, complete, and eligible for commission, while providing ongoing support before and after the sale to resolve issues and improve order flow.
Acting as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end sales and ordering process, this individual partners with internal teams to enhance accuracy, troubleshoot defects, and streamline operations. The role also serves as a key point of contact for addressing escalations and coordinating resolutions across stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in sales operations, sales support, or customer service
- Ability to learn and manage complex processes and systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple systems (e.g., CRM tools, billing platforms)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Shift range: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (varies)
- Overtime required during peak/end-of-month periods
